Ingredients:
Rice (Kayama Rice Nuruku) – 1 cup
Coconut – 1/2
Jeera – a pinch
Shallot – 8
Salt – as needed

Preparation:
Cook rice in 2 cups of water Grind the shallots, coconut and jeera well and add to the cooked rice. Add salt and serve the porridge.
