Ingredients

Jackfruit (hard one) – 250 gm
Rice flour – 500 gm
Cumin – 5 gm
Salt – as required
Water – one cup

Method

Slice the jack fruit and keep aside. Wet the rice flour for making puttu and mix cumin seed, salt. Mix the sliced jack fruit and make steam cakes.
