Rice – 1/2 kg
Salt – as needed
Oil – as needed
Coconut milk – 1/4 cup
Water – as needed

Soak the rice well in water. Grind this well by adding salt and make balls out of it. Heat the Pathiri stone. Add some oil to the stone. Take the balls in hand, make a pathiri either with hand or in a banana leaf and place in the stone. Cook both the sides. Add some oil on top. Add coconut milk after having cooked.
