1. Wheat ( gothambu ) flour – 1 cup
2. Baking powder – 1 small spoon
3. Egg – 2
4. Sugar – 3 big spoon
5. Salt – as required
6. Milk – as required to knead the dough.

Method of preparation

Mix the wheat ( gothambu) flour and baking powder well. Beat the egg by adding sugar. Add the mixed flour into it with out forming lumps. Also add required milk into it and mix well. Keep it aside for two hours. After two hours you can make the appams. It would be better to use non stick appachatti. Serve hot.
