Noodles – one packet (boiled)
Cauliflower – ½ cup ( chopped and boiled by adding salt. Drain out the water completely after boiling)
Salt – as required
Corn flour – 1 tale spoon ( mix it in quarter cup of water)
maida – 2 table spoon
egg white – 1 egg
vinegar – ½ table spoon
garlic – ½ table spoon
pepper powder – ½ table spoon ( crushed)
colour powder ( red) – ¼ tea spoon
oil – as required
onion – ¼ cup chopped
green chilly – 4 cut long
tomato sauce – 1 table spoon
soy sauce – 1 table spoon
coriander leaves – ¼ cup
salt – as required

Method of preparation

Take corn flour, maida, egg, vinegar, garlic, pepper powder, colour, salt and knead it to make paste. Then dip the cauliflower petals into the prepared paste and fry it in hot oil. Later saute the onion, green chillies. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, fried cauliflower, coriander leaves. Then pour the cornflour mix. After spluttering add the noodle and cook. Can serve hot
