Pachari – 400 gram
Cherupayar parippu ( green gram) roasted – 150 gram
Cashew nut – 50 gram
Ginger – one piece
Salt – as required
Ghee – 150 gram
Pepper – 1 ½ tea spoon
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation
Take one vessel and boil water. When the water gets boiled , add crushed ginger, and cleaned rice and parippu into it.

When it gets cooked , add salt and little ghee and mix. Then remove it from the flame

Take a pan. Fry the pepper and cumin seed in ghee and powder slightly. The add cashew nut and serve.
