Egg ( separate the white and yellow portion) – 3
Maida – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 tea spoon
Milk / soy milk – 1 cup
Raisins – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 tea spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Take a bowl. Add egg yellow, maida, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix well. take the egg white in a separate vessel and beat thoroughly. ( till you get the foam)
Add this into the earlier prepared mixture. Add raisins and mix well. Heat a non stick pan and pour one spoon of mixture into it. ( in the shape of small pancake). Cook it in a low flame. Can give to children along with smashed banana, honey and Maple syrup
