Kanava – 100 gram
White pepper – 1 gram
Lemon juice – of one half
Bread crumbs – 20 gram
Parsley – chopped – 5 gram
Egg – 1 no
Maida – 2 table spoon

Method of preparation

Marinate the kanava with sugar, pepper, and lemon juice and keep it aside. Beat the egg. Then dip the kananva first into the maida and then into the beaten egg. Cover it with bread crumbs. You can have this with salad
