Ingredients

Fish ( bone less) – 200 gram
Oil – 1 table spoon
Egg ( boiled) – 2 no
Cheese spread – 2 table spoon
Custard Paste – 2 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Bread – 1

Method of preparation

Cut the boneless fish into small pieces. marinate the fish pieces with salt and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan And fry the salt marinated fish pieces. It is not required to deep fry the fish. And keep it aside. Pour the remaining Oil into another vessel and add the boiled egg. Crush the egg by using the fork. Along with this add cheese spread, Custard paste, fried fish and mix well. spread this mixture on the bread and can make sandwich.
