Milk – 4 cup
Saffron – 1 tea spoon
Sugar – 5 tea spoon
Basmati Rice – Cooked and grinded – 3 ½ table spoon
Raisins fried in ghee – 10
Almonds – steamed and cut long – 12
Rose essence – 4 drops

Method of preparation

Boil the milk and add sugar and saffron. When it get boiled add the basmati cooked rice mixture. Then add almonds, raisins and essence and mix well. then keep it refrigerator for cooling. Can serve it when it get cooled
