Egg – 2 nos
Potato – 3 nos
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1 ½ inch piece
Curry leaves – 2 petal
Green chilly – 3 no
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Butter / ghee / coconut oil – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Boil potato . peel off the skin , smash it and keep it aside. take onion, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. Then chop all these into fine pieces. take the egg and beat it. add the smashed potato , pepper powder, chopped onions, ginger green chillies and curry leaves , and required salt into it and mix well.

Take a non stick pan . pour ½ table spoon butter ( if not you can even add ghee or coconut oil). When the butter get heated pour the prepared mixture into it. pour the mixture in one inch thick. Then cook both sides by keeping the flames in low. On getting cooked before cutting into pieces spread butter \ ghee / coconut oil above it. Egg Potato Casaroll is ready. You can serve hot.
