Dosa - Adukkala



Rice – 250 grams
Urud dal – 150 grams
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste


Soak the rice, urud dal and fenugreek seeds in different vessel. After soaking clean the same and grind it to become a batter. Then keep it some time for getting fermented. Then add enough salt to the batter and mix well. Heat the tawa and once it get heat, pour the batter into tawa with a spoon and make it round shape. Roast both sides and ready to serve.
