For White Sauce

1.Butter – 2 tea spoon
2.Maida – 2 tea spoon
3. Milk – 1 cup
4.Water – 2 table spoon
5.Pepper powder, salt – one pinch

The other ingredients

1.Cabbage ( chopped small) – 1 cup
2.Grated carrot – 1 cup
3.Boiled potato ( grated) – 1
4.Cheese ( grated ) – 1 cube
5.White sauce – 1 cup
6.Cream – ½ cup
7.Salt – 1 tea spoon
8.Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
9.Sugar powder – ½ tea spoon
10.Bread pieces – 6
11.Butter – required to spread.
12.Mustard powder – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

1. Heat a pan and melt the butter. Keep the stove in low flam into it and mix. After one minute remove it from the stove and add milk. Stir it well so that no lumps will be formed. Again keep it in the stove . add one pinch of pepper powder and salt and make it in the sauce consistency and remove from the flames.
2. Take this in a different vessel. Add cream, mustard powder, and sugar and mix. Then add cabbage, carrot, potato and cheese and mix.
3. Take one bread piece. Remove the brown hard part from the bread and spread the filling . then place another bread on top of it . then cut it diagonally. Decorate it with lettuce leaf and carrot.
