1.Bread – 2 piece ( cut in triangle shape)
2.Butter – 1 ½ table spoon
3.Coconut – 2 table spoon
4.Grated coconut – 2 table spoon
5.Cabbage – 2 table spoon
6.Onion cut into very small pieces – 2 table spoon
7.Coriander leaves chopped into small pieces – 2 table spoon

Method of preparation

Grease butter on one side of the bread piece. On top of it spread grated coconut, then spread carrot, onion, coriander leaves and cabbage into layers one by one. At last take the other slice of the bread, grease it with butter and then place on top of the stuffed bread.
