Ingredients

Dosa Batter – 100 gram
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1
Tomato – 1
Green chilly – 2
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil

Method of preparation

Cut the Green chillies, capsicum, tomato, onion, coriander leaves into very small pieces. Put the green chillies, coriander leaves and salt into the dosa batter and mix well. Heat oil in a pan . add onion , capsicum and tomato into it and fry. After some time add required salt. Heat a separate pan or iron griddle which you use to make the dosa and grease the oil lightly. Pour little batter to the center of the tawa and using a ladle gently spread the batter with a circular motion from the center towards the sides of the tawa . On the top of it spread the cooked vegetables and drizzle little ghee often. When one side of the dosa get cooked remove it from the stove and can serve hot with chutney
