Semolin – 250 gm
Coconut – half
Chicken – 250 gm
Savala – 500 gm
Ginger – a piece
Garlic – 4
Curry leaves – a strip
Turmeric powder, pepper powder , Garam masala – 1/4 tbsp each
Tomato – 1
Corriander leaves, Puthina leaves

Cook the chicken with a pinch of salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder. Saute well garlic, ginger, savala and green chilly in oil. Add curry leaves too. Add turmeric powder, garam masala and pepper powder when sauted well. Add tomato and leaves and saute well.Add salt and water to semolin and prepare as if preparing for steam cake. Add coconut grated, then semolina, masala, semolina and then cook in steam.
