Chicken cooked and smashed – 2 cup

Ginger – 1 piece
Garlic – 3 cloves
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Masala powder – ½ tea spoon
Coriander leaves – little
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Egg – 1
Oil – to fry
Maida – ½ cup
Burger bun,
cabbage leaves,
cheese pieces

Method of preparation

Add the chopped ingredients from 2 to 10 in the cooked chicken. Then mix and knead it like you make for cutlet. Then dip it in maida batter, then dip it in beaten egg, then wrap it by bread crumbs and fry it in oil. Then take the burger bun and spread it with butter and mayonnaise. Then keep the cabbage leaf. On top of it spread tomato, cucumber and onion. On top of it please the cheese pieces. keep the other half of bun on top of it.
