
Ingredients:
Chawari – 1 1/2 cup (soaked in water)
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Savala – 2
Green chilly – 3
Ginger – 1
Coconut grated – 1 cup
Groundnut – 1/2 cup
Jeera – 1/2 tbp
Salt – as needed
Curry leaves – as needed
Preparation:
Add ghee to a pan and to it add savala, curry leaves, ginger and green chilly, all cut to small pieces. Add the chawari to this and sort well. Cook for 5 minutes.Add grated coconut and groundnut to these. Add salt to this, sort well and then take off from the flame.
