Chama – one glass
Rice (puzhungalari) – one glass
Urud dal ( black gram) – ΒΌ glass
Fenugreek seeds (uluva) – 1 tea spoon

Method of preparation
Soak all the above mentioned ingredients in water. After that clean it and grind it to fine paste like dosa batter. Also add the required salt. Keep aside the batter for two hours. If you want to fermate the batter you can keep aside for one whole night. Then take one spoon of batter and pour it in the middle of dosa tawa and spread round . cook both sides by flipping it. Dosa is ready.
