Ingrdients:

Rice powder (roasted) – 1/2 cup
Atta – 1/2 cup
Ragi – 1/4 cup
Salt, water – as needed
Carrot grated – 1/4 cup
Coconut grated – 1/4 cup
Groundnut – 100gm
Ghee – 1 tbsp

Preparation:
Mix rice powder and atta well by adding water and salt to it and sort well as for steam cake. Fill the steam cake vessel with the mixed flour, coconut, carrot and groundnut fried in ghee to it and steam it.
