Ingredients

Wheat flour – 500 gm
Carrot grated – two
coconut grated – as required
salt – as required
cumin seed – half spoon

Method

Mix the flour, carrot, cumin and salt. Pour water and mix the puttu podi. Cook the puttu in puttu kutty with coconut as inter layer.
