Bread – 8 nos
Onion – 1
Green chilly – 1
Tomato – 1
Red Chilly – 2
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Oil – 1 table spoon

Preparation Method

Cut the bread into small pieces. Cut the onion, tomato, chillies into small pieces and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, onions, green chillies red chillies and curry leaves and sauté well. On getting roasted, add tomato followed by cut bread pieces after 2 to 3 minutes and stir well. Bread Upma is ready to serve
