Maida – 2 cup
Curd – 2 ½ table spoon
Salt – as required
Baking soda – 1 pinch
Sugar – 1 tea spoon

Method or preparation

Take maida and the other ingredients in a vessel. Knead this to dough by adding Luke warm water. Make the dough soft like you make for chapathi. Keep the dough aside for one hour. After that make small balls out of the dough and roll it round. Fry this in oil. Batura is ready.
