Suji – 1 cup
Grated coconut – ¼ cup
Ripe plantain crushed – 4 nos
Green Peas cooked and crushed – 4 nos
Sugar – ¼ cup
Baking soda – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Take suji, ghee , salt , grated coconut , baking soda , sugar in a vessel and mix it. Later add the crushed green peas and crushed plantain. You have to mix this well . add required water into it and prepare batter. Take the idli steamer or pressure cooker . Add some water and keep it on the stove with the fire on. Grease the idli mould with oil . Now with the spoon pour the batter into the greased idli mould and steam it.
