Banana – 3
Rice Flour – one cup
Maida – 2 table spoon
Sugar – 1 tea spoon
Cardamom powder – one pinch
Raisins – 5
Cashew nut (chopped) – 2 tea spoon
Water – as required
Oil – as required
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Smash the banana well. Then add the rice flour and maida and mix it to make a batter by adding required water. Add sugar , cardamom powder and salt and then again mix well. Later you can add the raisins and chopped cashew nut into it. Take a non stick tawa and heat it. Pour one spoon of batter into the tawa and spread round. Add ghee on the sides and cook it by flipping both sides till it become golden brown colour. You can serve this hot
