Atta – 1 cup
Semolina – 2 tbsp
Black gram – 2 tbsp

For Filling:
Savala – 1 cup
Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Paneer – 1/4 cup
Tomato – 2
Corriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Grinded chilly – 1 tbsp

Mix well black gram, semolina and atta with water and salt and keep for 4 hours. Saute well the ingredients for the filling. On a pan add oil and pour the dough and make a thick dosa. Put the filling on top of the dosa. Close the lid and cook it. When all set, serve.
