Ingredients

1. Rice flour – 2 cup
2. Wheat flour – ¾ cup
3. Peanut – fried and powdered – ¼ cup
4. White Sesame seeds – 2 tea spoon
5. Dried chilly – 3 no cut
6. Asafoetida – 2 pinch
7. Salt / oil – As required

Method of preparation

Fry mustard seed, dried chilly, curry leaves in oil. Add the rice flour, salt, wheat flour, peanut powder , sesame seed , asafoetida, and knead it to become a soft dough. Make small balls out of the dough and make round as poori. Fry it in Oil . Cook both sides. Poori is ready to serve.
