1.Rice – ½ kilo
2.Salt – as required
3.Oil – as required
4.Coconut milk – ¼ cup
5.Oil – as required
6.Coconut milk – ¼ cup
7.Water – as required

Method of preparation

Soak the rice in water. After that grind it to make a thick paste . then make these paste into small balls. Keep the pathiri pan in the stove and heat. When it get heated take the rolls and spread it in pathirikallu directly or spread it in banana leaf and cook . it should be cooked by spreading little oil on top of the pathiri. Flip both sides and cook. After cooking spread the coconut milk on top of it.
