Rice (Pachari) – ½ Kilo
Coconut (grated) – I no
Yeast – ½ tsp
Salt – To Taste
Sugar – 3 tsp
Steamed Rice – ½ cup

Preparation Method
Soak the rice in water and keep it aside for Four hours. Once it get soaked clean the rice. Then along with Steamed rice and grated coconut grind it to become thick batter. Boil Yeast, Salt and Sugar in water and keep it for half an hour. Then add the same into the rice batter and mix well and keep it aside for eight hours to make it sour. Take a non stick vessel and pour the batter little and make it round. One it get cooked you can serve.
