
Ingredients
1. Wheat flour – 1 cup
2. Banana – 1
3. Soya milk – 1 cup
4. Maple syrup – 1 table spoon
5. Baking powder – 2 teaspoon
Method
Mash the banana and mix with maple syrup and soya milk and make a
smooth paste. In another vessel mix the wheat flour, baking powder
and salt. Mix the banana paste with the wheat mix and make a smooth
batter. Heat a pan and make appam. Serve with apple and strawberry.
