Rice ( pachari ) – 1 cup
Black gram ( uzhunnu) – ¼ cup
Thuvar Parippu ( soaked) – ¼ cup
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Dried chilly – 6
Curry leaves ( crushed) little
Shallots ( crushed) – 6
Pepper powder – 1 table spoon
Hing powder
Salt and oil – as required

Method of preparation

Soak pachari, add dried chilly, coconut and grind it roughly and keep it separate. Then grind the thuvar parippu , soaked uzhunnu into paste roughly. Then mix both the paste together by adding required salt. Add curry leaves, shallots into it. Then add Hing powder, pepper powder and add water as required to make like dosa batter. Heat the dosa tawa. Grease it with gingerly oil and pour one scoop of batter into it. Above spread the oil and flip the other side into the tawa.
