Good Gooseberries – cleaned and cooked
Garlic – peeled and cut into two pieces
Green chilles chopped
Curry leaves
Green chillies
Fenugreek seeds (Uluva) powder
Mustard seeds
Gingerly oil (Nallenna)

Method of preparation

Clean the gooseberries ( Nellikka) thoroughly and cook it by adding little water. Then drain out the water and wipe the water particles from the cooked gooseberries and keep it aside. take a thick bottom pan and add gingerly oil. Heat the oil and put the mustard seeds and allow it to get splutter. Add garlic, green chillies. Curry leaves into it and saute. On getting sauted add chilly powder, fenugreek seeds powder into it and mix well. Then add required salt and vinegar and also mix it well. Take out from the stove and keep it aside. on getting cooled you can store it in bottles and can use later.
