1. Lemon – 25 nos
2. Chilly powder – 50 Gram
3. Salt – 200 gram
4. Ginger (chopped) – 15 gram
5. Garlic – 2 full round
6. Asafoetida powder – 2 table spoon
7. Fenugreek powder – 1 table spoon
8. Gingerly oil – ½ cup
9. Vinegar – ¼ cup

Method of preparation

Clean , wash and pat dry the lemons. Then steam in a steamer to make it soft. Heat oil in a pan Add garlic, ginger, green chilly and garlic cloves and saute for a couple of minutes and keep it aside. Add the steamed lemon into the remaining oil and fry for some time for ten minutes. Then allow the fried lemon to get cool and cut into 8 pieces.( if lemon is small make 4 pieces)..
Add the cut lemon with the fried ginger garlic and other ingredients and miz well and keep it in a air tight jar or glass jar and close it with tight lid. After two weeks you can use.
