Ingredients

Vellarikka ( Cucumber) – 1
Coconut – ½
Green chillies – 2
Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
Curd – 1 cup
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Dried chilly – 2
Coconut oil – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation

Cut the vellarikka( cucumber )into small pieces. add required salt into and cook. Take grated coconut and green chillies and make a fine paste. Take mustard seeds and crush it. add the mixture into the cooked cucumber. Then add one cup of curd into it and remove from the stove . heat oil in a tawa and allow mustard seed to get spluttered. Then add slit dried chillies and curry leaves and saute. Then add the saute mixture into the curry. Vellarikka (cucumber) pachadi is ready.
