Method of preparation 

Take the flesh of the ripe Jack fruit . Cut it into small pieces. Add required salt and little turmeric powder and little water and cook. Make sure that water is not getting drained .  Stir frequently  make sure the jackfruit  is getting well cooked.  If you feel the water is inadequate  then add water slightly. If the quantity of water get increased then you wont be able to make rolls out of it. When the cooked  jack fruits get cooled , then grind it in a mixie or in a grinder.  Then add chilly powder cumin seed seasame seed and little hing and mix well.

Take a piece of  banana leaf and rub some oil .  Apply oil in your hands too. Then take the prepared dough and make small lemon sized balls and keep it in a leaf. Then cover it with another banana leaf and press it or spread  it. Can use the stone which you use to spread chappathis. 

Then you can dry this pappadam in matress or in a cloth. When one side get dried turn the other side also to dry
