Ingredients

1. Banana : ¼ Kg
2. Apple : ¼ Kg
3. Pineapple : ¼ Kg
4. Pappaya/ Mango : ¼ Kg
5. Guava (Seeds removed) : ¼ Kg
6. Sugar : 1 Kg
7. Basin, fried : ¼ Kg
8. Butter : 2 cups
9. Cardamom powder : 1 teaspoon
10. Food colour : 2 drops

Method

Peel the fruits and cut into pieces. Cook in water and smash. Sieve after smashing finely. Pour this into a thick bottomed pan on slow flame, mix the sugar with basin and food color and stir well. Add butter in small quantities and cook until it gets off from the edges of the pan. Mix the cardamom powder. Pour into buttered plates and cut into pieces when cooled.
