Ingredients

Carrot – ½ Kilo
Sugar – 2 cup
Maida – 250 gram
Egg – 4
Oil – 100 gram
Soda powder – 2 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Grate the carrot into very fine pieces. powder the sugar and mix it with egg yolk. Mix well. Add maida and soda powder . separate the egg yolk and keep it aside the egg white. Take egg white and add it in the prepared mixture and keep it aside for one hour. After one hour bake it in 180 degree pre heat . Tasty Carrot Cake is ready.
