Rasam Powder – 2 tbsp
Water – 4 cup
Salt – 2 tbsp
Tamarind – little
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Dried chilly – 2
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 strips

Take water in a vessel. Add tamarind squeezed into it. Add rasam powder to it and stir well. Add salt and boil for 5 minutes. Add curry leaves after taking off from the flame. Heat the pan and add ghee to it. Add dried chilly to it. Then add mustard . Add turmeric powder and add to the rasam.
