Ingredients

Pineapple ( cut into pieces ) – ½ cup
Chilly powder – 1 small spoon
Turmeric powder – as required
Salt – as required
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Green chilly – 3
Cumin seed – ¼ small spoon
Curd – ( sour) – 1 ½ cup
Dried chilly – 2
Mustard seed – 1 small spoon
Coconut oil – 1 big spoon
Fenugreek powder – 1 small spoon

Method of preparation
Cook the pineapple. Add the third ingredients into the pine apple and then make it a soft paste . blend the curd well and mid it with the paste and second ingredient. ( if necessary you can add water). Take a pan and pour one big spoon of coconut oil into it. Then add the fenugreek powder and boil. When it get boiled ( don’t allow to boil more). Add curry leaves and can remove from the stove. Pulissery ready
