Ingredients
Mushroom – 200 gram
Onion – 50 gram
Shallots – 50 gram
Aimodhakam – 50 gram
Ghee – 50 gram
Maida – 50 gram
Cooked water – 1 litre
Salt and pepper – as required

Method of preparation
Cut the onion and shallots, then mix it by adding Aimodhakam and ghee. Mix this with maida and cook it. Add the cooked water and mix it and cook it for 40 minutes. Then filter it by using filter and then again boil After that add milk or cream into it Then add the cut mushroom into it. Can serve hot
