Ripen Plantain ( pazhuttha Ethapazham) – 2
Pine apple – ½ kilo
Black grapes – 50 gram
Pumpkin – small piece
Coconut – 1
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Curd – 2 cup
Coriander – 1 table spoon
Green chilly – 5
Salt – as required
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Dried chilly – 5
Curry leaves – 2 strip

Method of preparation

Grind together coconut, cumin seed, coriander seed, dried chilly and make a fine paste. Add the Cut pumpkin , curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, green chillies and cook. When the pumpkin get cooked add ethapazham, pine apple pieces and cook again for some time. When the water get drained remove it from the stove ,add the beaten curd . fry the grapes, curry leaves and add to the curry.
