Lemon – 1 kg
Salt – 25gm
Clove – 10gm
Jeera powder- 50 gm
Cardamom – 50gm
Pepper – 25gm
Aymodhakam – 25 gm
Asafoetida – little
Chilly powder – little
Lime juice – little

Soak the lemon in warm water for 2 hours. After that strain it and then cut to 4 pieces. Mix all the masala to this slowly. Put this in a bottle and keep in sun for 1 week. Shake it occasionally. Add lime juice to this. Keep in sum for 3 more days.
