Plantain – 225 gm
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Turmerc powder – 1/2 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Coconut – 100 gm
Pepper – little
Shallot – 5 gm
Jeera – 2 pinch

Cut the plantain to pieces of 2.5 cm. Cook the plantain with turmeric powder, salt, water and chilly powder. Grind well coconut, jeera, pepper and turmeric powder. When the plantain is cooked, add the grinded mix into it along with salt. Add curry leaves after removing from the flame. Stir well. In a pan add oil and mustard oil, curry leaves and dried chilly. When the mustard begins to burst, add shallot and curry leaves and add to the curry.
