Ingredients

Mango fruit – 4 nos
Pine apple – 1
Apple – 2 nos
Nenthrapazham (banana) – 2 nos
Cashew nut – 20 nos
Lemon juice – 2 tea spoon
Sugar – 3 cup
Cardamom powder – 2 pinch
Fresh cream – 2 cup

Method of preparation

Take mango fruit, pineapple, apple, nenthrapazham (banana) and cashew nut and cut it into small pieces. then take a pan . add sugar and little water into it and make a sugar syrup, when the sugar syrup gets thick consistency add the cut fruits, cashew, cardamom powder, lemon juice into it and mix well. When it get cooled pour the fresh cream and mix. Then keep it in the fridge and make it cool. Later you can serve the fruit salad.
