Ingredients for Sambaram:

1. Curd – one cup
2. Chilly – 2 nos ( slit into two)
3. Ginger – ½ piece
4. Curry leaves – 1 small stem
5. Shallots – 5 – 6 nos
6. Naraka leaves – 2 nos
7. Salt – as required
8. Water – one water ( as required)

Method of preparation

Take curd in a bowl. Add required water and blend it fine using a mixer or blender. Take chilly, ginger, shallots and crush it. then add the crushed mixture into the blended buttermilk. Then add the crushed ginger, slit chillies, cut curry leaves and narakam leaves into it . then add required salt into it and mix. Finally put some ice cubes and sambaram is ready to serve.
