Ingredients

Paneer – 2 cup
Cooked rice ( choru) – ½ cup
Salt – as required
Green chilly – chopped finely – ½ tea spoon
Maida ( All Purpose flour) – ¼ cup
Coriander leaves – ½ tea spoon
Capsicum – various colours – finely chopped
Bread crumbs – as required
Cooking oil – 2 table spoon
Pepper – little

Method of preparation

Take the cooked rice. Grate the panner and add. Then add oil, chopped green chilly, salt, coriander leaves, capsicum, pepper into it and mix well. Then make the mix into small balls and slightly make patter by keeping it in your palms. Then cover it with bread crumbs. Then deep fry in oil. Can serve hot with Tomato Sauce or coriander chutney.
