Ingredients

Coconut – 3 nos
Sugar – ½ kilo
Raisins – as required

Method of Preparation

Grate the coconut. take a pan and roast the coconut in reduced flame for some time. take another pan and make the sugar syrup. Then add the sugar syrup into the roasted coconut and boil it in reduced flame. Boil it till the syrup become thick consistency . then remove it from the stove. add raisins and make small boils when it is warm. For good smell you can add cardamom into it and so that you will good taste and smell.
