Ingredients 

AVAL  (poha)  – 1 cup

Grated Coconut  – 1 Cup 

Ghee  – 1 teaspoon 

Sugar  – as required  ( instead of  sugar you can also take Sharkara)

Cardamom powder – one pinch

Method of preparation 

Take Aval (poha) , grated coconut  and ghee. Mix it well and keep it aside for five minutes.  Add sugar and cardamom powder into it. Aval Nanachathu ready.
