Ingredients
Netholi – 1 cup
Shallots – crushed – 1 cup
Ginger (crushed) – 1 cup
Garlic (crushed) 1 cup
Kanthari mulaku or green chillies ( crushed ) – 1 tea spoon
Pepper poweder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Curry leaves , salt , Oil

Method of preparation

Take a pan and pour 2 tea spoon of oil into it and heat. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, shallots into it and fry for three minutes. Then add turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt and saute . Add cleaned Natholi and cook for some time

Take a earthern pot and put two spoon of oil into it. take one banana leaf and set it inside the earthern pot. Then again pour little oil into it. then keep the Natholi pieces into it and wrap it in the leaf. Close the lid and cook.
On getting cooked remove it from the stove. later decorate it with curry leaves and serve.
