Ingredients

1. Mathi – ½ Kilo
2. Chilly powder – 3 tea spoon
3. Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
4. Garlic – 2
5. Ginger – one piece
6. Green chilly – 4
7. Coconut oil – 500 gram
8. Red chillies – 4
9. Vinegar – as required
10. Gingerly oil – as required
11. Curry leaves – 2 strand
12. Mustard seed – ½ tea spoon
13. Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation
Clean the mathi and cut it into small pieces. Marinate it with salt and turmeric powder and keep it aside for one hour. Then fry it in coconut oil. Take chilly powder, ginger, garlic, green chillies and make paste.then saute it in gingerly oil. Also add required vinegar into it . add the fried fish into it and cook it till the gravy gets almost drained. Then take the mustard seed, cumin seed and fry. Powder it and add into the pickle. On getting cooled you can store it in air tight containers.
